It’s hard for a thief to turn away from the one thing he knows how to do best…steal. This Spanish drama follows the life of Alex, a boy brought up in the art of pick-pocketing by his mother, whose arrest in front of him in a metro station leaves him searching endlessly to find her. Not long out of care, the teenage Alex faces the challenges of trying to live a life without resorting back to crime. When that fails he encounters Sara, a middle-class girl who flirts with shoplifting, and grooms her as his trusted accomplice. As the partnership between the two deepens, they take on more risky jobs that push their abilities to the breaking point. This film gives insight into the lives of juveniles in a broken system that are left to trust their instincts and fend for themselves in order to survive.

Ganadora del Festival de Malaga, Espana, Premio Especial del Jurado este film es un drama que sigue la vida de Alex, un nino educado por su madre en el arte de robar. Cuando, en su presencia detienen a su madre en una estacion de metro, el nino en el seguira buscandola para siempre. El adolescente se enfrenta con el desafio de vivir sin recurrir nuevamente al crimen, pero fracasa. Alex conoce a Sara, una chica de clase media que juega con la idea de robar, y la prepara como su complice de confianza. Al profundizar la amistad entre los dos, asumen trabajos mas y mas riesgosos lo que los lleva al punto de ruptura. Esta pelicula profundiza en un sistema fallido en el que para sobrevivir los jovenes confiando en sus instintos, deben arreglarselas solos.
